Structuring and finance

Musab Almutawa co-founded Carriage and, as Chief Financial Officer, led the exit process that ended in its acquisition by Delivery Hero SE. He later chaired Carriage and sat on Delivery Hero’s Global Leadership Council.

The Taken Seat

He co-founded The Taken Seat with his brother Abdullah in 2019, and leads its structuring, finance and transaction work. He has served as a general partner in several funds and special-purpose vehicles in logistics and e-commerce.

Education

Musab holds a B.S. from Stanford and an MBA, and pursued a Ph.D. in Management Sciences at IE Business School.
