How a partnership works
Pilot units. A small deployment with a real customer, run as a paid engagement and written up as a case study you can use.
Fleet under service level. Volume deployment with uptime commitments, spares held locally, and reporting on the terms you set.
Country or regional rights. Exclusive operation in agreed markets, once the first two stages have proved the model on your equipment.
Co-investment or joint venture. Shared ownership of the operating company, with capital from both sides.
